Say what does that mean? Hehe. I have changed my eating habits to something called the Paleo diet, which I think of as more of a lifestyle change. Google it and it will tell you everything you would want or need to know about it. I'm loving it, but wanted something sweet this week and something fall-ish. So pumpkin was my choice! I can't use flour in anything, so my normal pumpkin bread was out, I looked up this recipe. And decided to slightly change it to the following:

1½ – Almond Flour/Meal
3/4 cup – Canned Pumpkin
3lrg – Whole Eggs
1 tsp – Baking powder
1 tsp – Baking soda
½ tsp – Ground Cinnamon
1½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp – Baking soda
½ tsp – Ground Cinnamon
1½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/8 tsp – Salt
1/4 cup – Agave Nectar (amber)
1/4 cup – Agave Nectar (amber)
10g (1/3 scoop) – Vanilla Protein Whey
1.Grease 6 muffin tins with coconut oil
2.Mix all ingredients. Pour mix into the 6 tins.
3.Bake at 350F for 25 minutes on the middle rack.
