Method: Just get in there and cut it in half (lengthwise).
Scrape out the seeds and pulp as you would with any squash or pumpkin.
Bake rind side up about 30 to 40 minutes, in 1inch of water, at 375 F.
Fork out all of the insides,voila!
Veggie pasta! :)
I like to saute it with EVOO, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes.
