Monday Munchies...

I would like to bring back Monday Munchies, because I love sharing recipes with y'all!

Today is a full meal, that is SUPER simple. Here is a picture first...



This meal is Paleo and super easy to make. First of all, wash and dry your chicken breasts. I got a honey balsamic seasoning at a local market here. Put olive oil and the seasoning in a bowl and coat the chicken with it. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

The haricott vert is a simple bag from Trader Joe's, in the frozen section. I simply boiled it for a couple minutes and then added ham seasoning when it came out. The assembly was easy, but I wanted to add some kind of sauce...this is what came of it!

Honey Balsamic Sauce:
2-3 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Mustard
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper 

Mix well and pour in bottom of the plate!
